The DA-01 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of the PAICAR 01 polishing compound and ensure the best possible result.

The red foam of the DA-01 pad is designed to remove heavy oxidation and particularly deep scratches extremely quickly, working effectively on the majority of paint systems on the market.

For the DA-01 pad, a rigid foam has been selected, with density and PPI (pores per inch) characteristics that ensure high durability, absolute stability, the retention of its shape and hardness throughout the entire polishing process, and homogeneous workability without “grabbing”.

Combined with the PAICAR 01 compound, the red DA-01 pad delivers extremely high cutting capability: it allows you to reduce scratches and defects that would be impossible to recover with softer foam pads.
For this reason, the DA-01 pad is often used with a rotary polisher to further enhance its cutting capability.
However, the particular shape of this pad is also designed to work with dual action polishers, allowing you to polish tighter and less accessible areas, while reducing the risk of overheating the surface or “burning” it.
The 25 mm height improves operator sensitivity and allows for a more stable, vibration-free process.

Also with the aim of keeping temperature as low as possible, an open-cell foam was selected, which allows heat to dissipate and keeps the surface cooler during the polishing process.
The open-cell structure and foam density also help optimize the use of PAICAR 01, reducing product consumption and keeping the pad wetter for longer, thus minimizing the need for additional product.
